We are looking for an Entry Level Regional Sales Manager for our Ottawa and Northern Ontario territories The ideal candidate will d eliver regional sales budget in line with business sales plan, by engaging transactional customers and specifications influencer’s.

This position will ideally be based in Ottawa and will service Ottawa and Northern Ontario Essential Duties: Develop and maintain relationships with key industry decision-makers including architects, designers, general contractors, and specifiers to develop pull-through demand of Kingspan Systems.

Seek out and develop new customer network and grow existing customers within the territory.

Continue to support the current customer base Clear understanding of architectural drawings and experience of external envelopes Conduct professional seminars and presentations Use Salesforce (CRM), as a workflow and quoting tool, daily to effectively plan and manage sales territory, growing the database of architects, and maintain current customer information.

Focus on managing opportunity pipeline and recording daily activity.

Generate and issue quotations to customers.

Pro active relationship with our inside and customer service teams Meet or exceed all measurable sales objectives and quotas Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree
– Preferred in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related degree.

3-5 years commercial architectural façade products sales experience – Business to Business (B2B).

Demonstrated sales success in the commercial architectural market, experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory, with an emphasis on technical, design-oriented exterior wall cladding.

Solid business acumen including the ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, estimate preparation, presentation, and proposal.

Prior architectural metal façade cladding design, fabrication, and installation experience.

Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and CRM Applications; Salesforce a plus.

Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

Domestic Travel within the territory approximately 3-4 days per week; will require some overnight trips per month.

Captivating and natural presentation skills.

High level of creativity with strong problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong organizational skills with aggressive follow-through and closing skills Ability to execute innovative sales approach and territory management skills
